J3 Foods and Stores International is committed to redefining food distribution and retail across Nigeria and beyond. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Supervisor to manage daily store operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth in our retail network.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate product replenishment with the supply chain team.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain positive relationships with patrons.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences to recommend local sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and adherence to financial reporting procedures.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product placement within the outlet.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Outlet Supervisor, Store Manager, or similar role in the FMCG or retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Good numerical skills and proficiency in using inventory management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet tight deadlines.
