Key Responsibilities- Represent Ezine Learning professionally within assigned organizations, networks, and corporate communities.
- Present our comprehensive catalog of courses, features, and educational benefits to key decision-makers and members.
- Identify organizational learning and development needs and effectively demonstrate how Ezine Learning provides tailored solutions.
- Secure and facilitate engaging product demonstrations, workshops, information sessions, and onboarding programs.
- Recruit, register, and guide eligible members through account creation, course discovery, and platform navigation.
- Provide first-level user support and build lasting relationships with HR teams, administrators, and organizational leaders.
- Gather valuable user feedback, identify partnership opportunities, and maintain accurate activity and reporting records.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders, from corporate executives to individual learners.
- Confidence in explaining digital and online learning solutions to groups and individuals.
- Exceptional organizational, reporting, and follow-up capabilities with a target-driven mindset.
