About the Role

We are currently looking for a results-driven Opex Engineer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing operational workflows, driving cost optimization, and ensuring the highly efficient, cost-effective management of telecom site power systems to support our expanding regional footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze daily operational processes to identify areas for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and performance enhancement.
- Monitor and evaluate telecom site power systems management to ensure optimal operational expenditure (Opex) control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and supply chain teams to implement energy-efficient and hybrid power solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports on operational costs, resource utilization, and budgetary variances.
- Develop and recommend strategic process improvements to streamline site operations and minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, industry best practices, and health and safety guidelines across all managed sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in operational expenditure (Opex) analysis, cost optimization, or telecom site power management.
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, hybrid power systems, and energy efficiency solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and enterprise resource planning software.
