About the Role

We are Total Data Limited, a leading Internet service provider since 1994, specializing in managed dedicated server solutions and hosting services for businesses, e-commerce platforms, entertainment companies, and non-profits. We are recruiting an Operations Team Lead to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence across our client-facing facilities.

As Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of shift managers, administrative staff, and logistics personnel while maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of shift managers, administrative staff, and logistics personnel to ensure timely task completion
  • Recruit, interview, and train new operations staff on company policies, procedures, and performance expectations
  • Develop work schedules, assignments, and operational sequences aligned with production goals
  • Collaborate with quality control managers to establish and enforce quality assurance processes
  • Monitor employee performance through regular inspections and provide constructive feedback for improvement
  • Maintain comprehensive operational records including attendance, production data, and daily logistics reports
  • Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance, including proper use of personal protective equipment
  • Prepare monthly invoices, operational reports, and activity reconciliations for management review
  • Represent Total Data Limited at client meetings and represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' supervisory or operations management experience
  • Proven expertise in team leadership, staff recruitment, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of industrial relations, health and safety compliance, and business operations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Strong analytical and reasoning capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
