About the Role
Micdee Designs Limited is a premier interior fit-out company specialising in innovative design and exceptional project delivery. We are looking for a dedicated Operations Officer to ensure our business runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative and operational functions, ensuring that our dynamic teams have the resources and support needed to bring outstanding architectural and interior spaces to life.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operational activities and monitor internal processes to ensure full compliance with company policies.
- Manage office administration, facilities, inventory, supplies, and company assets.
- Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and service providers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of resources.
- Support procurement workflows by obtaining quotations, tracking orders, and managing vendor relationships.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical, efficiency-driven solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, service agreements, and administrative workflows.
- Prepare periodic operational reports detailing resource utilisation, process performance, and outstanding issues.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, internal events, and collaborative company activities.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in operations, business administration, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Prior experience within the construction, interior design, or project delivery industry will be an added advantage.
