Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and improve operational processes to enhance overall business efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless workflow across departments.
  • Implement effective business strategies to achieve organizational goals and long-term objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions.

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other essential financial documents accurately.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management or corporate administration.
  • Prior experience in the fashion industry will be considered a strong added advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
