About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will act as a Strategic Business Partner accountable for core operations functions, facilitating organizational change, and providing risk-informed, solution-focused analysis. You will directly contribute to high-impact programme and management decisions designed to deliver sustainable results for children across diverse operational contexts in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic operational management, leadership, and capacity building for cross-functional teams.
- Oversee comprehensive budget and financial management, ensuring compliance and transparent reporting.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations to support nationwide programmes.
- Drive robust risk management, compliance, audit protocols, and enterprise risk strategies.
- Direct facilities administration, ICT infrastructure, and security management protocols.
- Deliver senior-level representation and strategic operational advisory to government partners and stakeholders.
- Advanced University Degree in Business Management, Financial Management, Accounting, Public Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting designation (CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CPFA) with valid active membership.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in operational management, including budgeting, logistics, and administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in Results-Based Management, HACT, and corporate ERP systems.
- Fluency in English with strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
