In this pivotal role, you will interpret financial data, identify business opportunities, and mitigate operational risks to ensure seamless healthcare delivery and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the daily operational activities across all departments of the healthcare facility.
- Ensure efficient management of medical logistics, inventory, and supply chain processes.
- Develop and implement innovative operational strategies to improve overall productivity and service delivery.
- Supervise operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and healthcare industry standards.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare comprehensive periodic reports for senior management.
- Maintain rigorous standards of biosecurity, quality control, and clinical operational safety.
- Identify operational challenges promptly and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bridge departmental gaps and guarantee a smooth patient workflow.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, with at least 3 years specifically gained within a hospital environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, budget planning, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
