Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily operational activities across all departments of the healthcare facility.
  • Ensure efficient management of medical logistics, inventory, and supply chain processes.
  • Develop and implement innovative operational strategies to improve overall productivity and service delivery.
  • Supervise operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and healthcare industry standards.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare comprehensive periodic reports for senior management.
  • Maintain rigorous standards of biosecurity, quality control, and clinical operational safety.
  • Identify operational challenges promptly and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, with at least 3 years specifically gained within a hospital environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, budget planning, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
