About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented Operations Manager to optimize our supply chain, streamline daily workflows, and support our rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse, inventory, and supply chain operations to ensure seamless wholesale and retail distribution.
- Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures to improve overall business efficiency and accountability.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels, track performance metrics, and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.
- Support cross-functional projects aimed at business growth and continuous operational improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within retail, wholesale, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage young, driven teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using modern business systems, inventory software, and data management tools.
