About the Role
Technocrime Security Limited is a leading provider of comprehensive security services to individuals and corporate bodies across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our daily security operations, optimize field performance, and ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective security strategies, policies, and operational frameworks.
- Oversee daily security operations across multiple client locations nationwide.
- Ensure security personnel are properly deployed, supervised, and equipped to execute their duties efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and recommend proactive mitigation measures.
- Monitor strict compliance with company policies, operational standards, and Nigerian regulatory requirements.
- Lead the rapid response to security incidents, emergencies, and unforeseen operational challenges.
- Develop, update, and maintain robust emergency response and crisis management procedures.
- Supervise, motivate, and mentor security personnel and field teams to foster high performance and professionalism.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and brief executive management on security activities and metrics.
- Ensure client inquiries, concerns, and operational issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Bachelor Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master degree or relevant professional security certifications will be a strong added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a senior supervisory or management role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response strategies.
- Demonstrated experience managing distributed security teams across multiple geographic locations.
