About the Role
RealNov8 Estates is a leading property development, estate management, and real estate marketing firm based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. Operating under the broader parent conglomerate, RealNov8 Group, the company focuses on delivering both luxury and affordable residential housing and land acquisition options. We are currently looking for a driven Operations Manager to optimize our daily business activities, streamline processes, and support our rapid growth in the Nigerian real estate market.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring seamless coordination between property development, estate management, and marketing teams.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve overall company efficiency and productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships, contractors, and service providers to ensure high standards of quality and timely project delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and industry best practices in all operational activities.
- Prepare regular reports and performance analytics for executive management to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Estate Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in operations management, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in standard office software and operational management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
