About the Role
Bxfrox is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Lead to coordinate our day-to-day business activities in Port Harcourt. Founded in 2016, our fashion brand blends contemporary style with traditional African influences to create timeless, high-quality garments for the modern woman. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that orders, production, inventory, and dispatch run smoothly while maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations and ensure seamless cross-departmental workflows.
- Monitor customer orders from confirmation through production, dispatch, and delivery.
- Coordinate with the production team to track schedules, prevent delays, and meet deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels for raw materials and finished products, communicating procurement needs promptly.
- Supervise operational staff, assign tasks, and maintain accurate operational records.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, solution-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with management to establish, document, and enforce company SOPs.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, administration, or production coordination.
- Prior experience in a fashion, retail, manufacturing, or product-based business is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and modern digital productivity tools.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to supervise and hold team members accountable.
