We are currently looking for a talented and proactive Operations Lead to join our fast-paced team and take charge of our day-to-day business functions. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that our logistics, inventory, and fulfillment processes run smoothly while supporting exciting campaigns and live events. Key Responsibilities- Oversee and streamline daily business operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate inventory management, order processing, packaging, deliveries, and end-to-end fulfillment.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, logistics partners, and key service providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational, supply chain, and inventory records.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, analyze gaps, and implement scalable, practical solutions.
- Provide operational support for live streams, marketing campaigns, and corporate events.
- Develop robust internal systems, standard operating procedures, and frameworks to improve overall business efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver regular, data-driven operational reports to the senior management team.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in operations, administration, retail, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities with a high level of adaptability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable and proficient in using spreadsheets, ERP systems, and modern digital productivity tools.
- Proactive, highly resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Prior working experience in luxury retail, fast-paced fashion, or e-commerce industries will be a strong added advantage.
