Key Responsibilities- Source essential materials and services required for daily operations and project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier pricing, product quality, and delivery timeliness to ensure optimal value.
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors while tracking overall supplier performance.
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate purchase orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging industry trends, new clients, and competitors.
- Assist in preparing competitive bid proposals and tenders, ensuring strict accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze data and create professional presentations and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience or internship exposure in bidding, procurement, or sourcing.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and data interpretation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
