About the Role
Cobranet Limited was incorporated in 2003 and began its operations to provide the Nigerian market with reliable internet services, positioning itself as a leader in providing Internet Solutions. We are currently looking for a dynamic and analytical Field Performance Monitoring Officer to join our growing team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the Field Operations Center (FOC) department, ensuring operational compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our on-site engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Continuously monitor the performance of the FOC department and ensure adherence to established procedures and policies.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily performance reports to the Head of Department, highlighting team and individual metrics.
- Track, identify, and address delays in ticket updates by coordinators to maintain accurate operational statuses.
- Collaborate with coordinators to monitor on-site engineer performance, identifying underperformance and providing actionable feedback.
- Investigate escalated cases thoroughly to determine root causes and propose preventive solutions.
- Design, prepare, and conduct regular training sessions to address team weaknesses and update staff on new technologies and policies.
- Recommend continuous process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of field operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in operations management, preferably within the telecommunications or internet service provider industry.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and IT systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze data and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
