About the Role
Éclat HR Consulting is a progressive Human Resource Management firm headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to operational excellence and sustainable business solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations & Installation professional to drive the successful execution of fuel station infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless coordination from planning to final handover.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the installation of fuel dispensers and related equipment at pilot and subsequent QuickFuel stations.
- Develop comprehensive installation plans, work schedules, resource requirements, and timelines to ensure safe and timely project completion.
- Lead and supervise site supervisors, technicians, contractors, and other field personnel during installation and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, piping, civil, and IT site interfaces to ensure proper integration of all installation activities.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness of dispensers and associated station equipment.
- Ensure compliance with approved technical specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage post-installation support, warranty, maintenance, and field service activities while monitoring equipment inventory and spares.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline from a recognized institution.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in operations, installation, commissioning, or field service within fuel stations, oil & gas, or industrial plants.
- Proven expertise in managing installation projects involving mechanical, electrical, piping, or civil works.
- Strong leadership and site management skills with the ability to coordinate diverse multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project management tools, and technical drawing interpretation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
