We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Operator III to join our dynamic operations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating equipment and wells while strictly applying safety and operating guidelines to meet daily production targets, reduce equipment failure, and ensure efficient resource management. Key Responsibilities
  • Implement daily work objectives while strictly adhering to health, safety, environmental, and security standards.
  • Actively participate in daily toolbox meetings and regular safety briefings to promote a zero-incident work culture.
  • Conduct continuous surveillance of wells and equipment to identify, report, and implement corrective and optimization actions.
  • Function as an Equipment Care Technician, performing routine, simple maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment reliability.
  • Monitor and report any alarms, emergencies, or out-of-service shutdown systems immediately to the Shift Supervisor.
  • Provide detailed, clear, and accurate handover information during shift changes to guarantee operational continuity.
  • Coordinate, control, and monitor maintenance jobs in alignment with predictive, preventive, and corrective planning.
  • Maintain a comprehensive logbook detailing all operational events, deviations, and abnormal situations.
  • Collect product samples for laboratory analysis and execute necessary field-based tests.
  • Provide essential data regarding well-producing problems, current production rates, and well conditions prior to intervention operations.
Qualifications
  • Completed secondary education backed by proven previous experience as a field technician in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
  • Demonstrated high standard of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) aptitude with a commitment to cultivating safety in others.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in pipeline operations and safety management tools.
  • Strong understanding of emergency preparedness procedures and incident reporting guidelines.
  • Familiarity with project philosophies, design specifications, relevant industry regulations, and commercial agreements.
