We are currently seeking a results-driven Operations Executive - Marine Logistics to join our client's esteemed maritime team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate marine logistics operations to guarantee efficient service delivery, strict regulatory compliance, and overall operational excellence within the maritime sector.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate vessel, barge, bunker, and offshore logistics operations seamlessly.
- Manage Ship-to-Ship (STS) operations, ship clearing, and port agency activities.
- Ensure full compliance with IMO, MARPOL, OCIMF, NPA, NIMASA, and NIWA requirements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, vendors, vessel crews, and key regulatory authorities.
- Monitor operational performance, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare detailed reports.
- Supervise field teams and third-party service providers to maintain high service standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marine Logistics, Maritime Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marine/offshore logistics or marine operations.
- Strong, practical knowledge of vessel and barge operations, STS, bunker supply, and port agency services.
- Excellent coordination, communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex maritime regulatory environments in Nigeria.
