Key Responsibilities- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliations across all operational accounts and payment platforms.
- Ensure accurate General Ledger (GL) proofing and timely resolution of discrepancies and pending items.
- Manage transaction processing seamlessly within our Core Banking Systems while adhering strictly to regulatory standards.
- Monitor operational controls to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud.
- Collaborate with internal audit and finance teams to support compliance and audit processes.
- Generate comprehensive operational and reconciliation reports for management decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven working experience in financial reconciliations, transaction processing, or financial control within the financial services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of banking operations, GL proofing procedures, and Core Banking Systems.
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
