About the Role
ARM Hold Co. is seeking a dedicated Operational Resilience & System Control Analyst to reinforce our enterprise risk management framework. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying operational risks, overseeing business continuity, and reviewing IT general and application controls across our diversified financial services group in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the operational resilience database by logging incidents, near misses, and tracking key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Coordinate business continuity management (BCM) and disaster recovery tests alongside Technology and Information Security teams.
- Review user access management, privileged accounts, segregation of duties, and transaction controls.
- Assess IT general controls, application workflows, system changes, and automated interfaces for compliance and security.
- Prepare comprehensive risk and resilience reports for management risk committees and governance forums.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of operational risk management, RCSA, BCM, and fraud risk frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of IT general controls, application controls, COBIT, ISO standards, and COSO.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant professional certifications or experience with GRC platforms will be an added advantage.
