We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Operational Excellence Engineer to join our expanding team. In this impactful role, you will be instrumental in maximizing production efficiency, ensuring the highest standards of equipment reliability, and supporting our mission to deliver life-saving nutritional products across the nation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete lifecycle of spare parts, from precise identification and strategic procurement to optimal storage and effective utilization.
- Ensure constant availability of critical spare parts while strictly optimizing inventory levels and controlling operational costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to significantly enhance equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and overall operational performance.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with equipment manufacturers and key suppliers.
- Support engineering projects, technical sourcing activities, and the effective implementation of ERP and CMMS systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- 3 to 7 years of proven professional experience in Maintenance Engineering, Spare Parts Management, Reliability Engineering, and Industrial Operations.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of inventory and warehouse optimization, continuous improvement methodologies, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent capabilities in supplier management, technical negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration within a manufacturing environment.
