About the Role
Tanzeel Colleges International is looking for a passionate and dedicated Online Teacher to join our growing digital learning community in Nigeria. Since 2008, we have been committed to holistic Islamic education that shapes the whole person, integrating conventional schooling with intensive Qur'an studies and character development. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering engaging virtual lessons, nurturing young minds, and upholding the values of trust, wisdom, and service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, interactive online lessons in conventional and Islamic subjects to diverse student groups.
- Practice intentional tarbiyyah, modelling the ethical and moral character we seek to nurture in our students.
- Design comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials tailored for virtual classrooms.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer personalized mentorship.
- Maintain regular, professional communication with parents regarding student academic and spiritual development.
- Exercise authority with amanah (trust) and fairness, fostering a positive and inclusive online learning environment.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Islamic Studies, or a related relevant field.
- Proven experience as an online educator or virtual tutor, preferably within an Islamic institution.
- Deep understanding of both conventional academic curricula and Islamic educational principles.
- Excellent digital literacy, including proficiency in virtual classroom software and learning management systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills with a passion for student success.
