About the Role
Jobtion Consulting, a premier Nigerian human capital and workforce solutions firm, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven On-Trade Sales Representative to drive market growth across Lagos. In this field-focused role, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint within hotels, restaurants, bars, lounges, and clubs by acquiring new accounts, securing premium product placements, and building lasting relationships with key hospitality decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by volume and value across the assigned Lagos territory.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new on-trade customers while developing existing accounts to drive repeat purchases.
- Secure menu inclusions, cocktail listings, and premium product placements to maximize brand visibility.
- Build strong relationships with outlet owners, managers, bartenders, and procurement officers.
- Execute approved brand activations, tastings, and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Monitor competitor activities, track sales performance via SFA tools, and submit daily activity reports.
- Manage customer orders, follow up on timely deliveries, and support collections in line with credit policies.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven field sales experience within wine, spirits, alcoholic beverages, FMCG, or the hospitality industry.
- Deep knowledge of the Lagos on-trade market with existing relationships among key hospitality operators.
- Strong negotiation, selling, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern sales reporting applications.
- High energy, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
