The Kids' Rock Arena School is an esteemed day and boarding institution situated at 10 Kareem Street, Magbon, Badagry, Lagos. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional educational experience for young children by seamlessly blending Montessori, Early Years, and British curricula. We are currently looking for a results-driven and visionary Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts, enhance our market presence, and drive sustainable business success in a competitive educational landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive strategic plans to attract prospective families and increase overall school enrolment.
- Identify new revenue streams and implement commercial strategies to boost financial performance while maintaining high educational standards.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with parents, community stakeholders, and educational partners to enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate closely with the administrative and academic teams to align marketing campaigns with school values and offerings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data within Lagos to uncover new opportunities for institutional growth.
- Oversee promotional activities, school open days, digital campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in business development, growth management, or marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Self-motivated, creative, and capable of working independently as well as leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
