Oilserv Limited, a premier provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC) services, is seeking ambitious young professionals for the 2027 Ingenious Graduate Trainee Programme (IGTP). Key Responsibilities- Participate actively in structured training modules and technical workshops across various department units.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and corporate teams on live EPCIC projects.
- Support project execution, data gathering, technical reporting, and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards in all operational activities.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement by taking feedback constructively and driving personal professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Petroleum, Civil, Pipeline, Piping, or Process Engineering, Accounting, Technical Safety, ESG, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of a Second-Class Lower (2:2) degree classification.
- Must have successfully completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a deep passion for continuous learning.
- No prior full-time work experience is required, making this an ideal entry-level launchpad.
