About the Role
Eden Solutions & Resources Ltd is recruiting a skilled and results-driven Oil and Gas Bid / Tender Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying business opportunities, preparing competitive technical and commercial bids, and ensuring the timely submission of fully compliant proposals that position our organization for major contract awards within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, monitor, and evaluate oil and gas tender opportunities from IOCs, NOCs, government agencies, and private sector organizations.
- Manage the complete bid and tender process, from initial opportunity identification to submission and post-submission follow-up.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate technical and commercial bid proposals in strict alignment with client requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with tender requirements, technical specifications, statutory documentation, and submission guidelines.
- Collaborate with technical, finance, procurement, legal, and business development teams to gather essential bid information.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing schedules, bills of quantities, and other commercial bid documents.
- Maintain an organized database of tender opportunities, submissions, bid outcomes, and client requirements.
- Monitor tight tender deadlines to ensure all submissions are completed accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Conduct thorough bid analysis, competitor research, and post-tender evaluations to continually improve organizational win rates.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in bid management, tendering, or proposal development specifically within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Nigerian oil and gas regulatory requirements, including NUPRC, NCDMB, and NOGIC JQS registration processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals with exceptional financial acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong negotiation abilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
