About the Role
Stanbic IBTC Bank is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Officer, Digital Channels Onboarding. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our financial inclusion agenda by ensuring the smooth and timely acquisition, onboarding, and management of digital channel customers and merchants. You will provide critical operational and technical support, monitor service performance, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to deliver exceptional digital banking experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for digital channel customers and merchants, ensuring timely and accurate request processing.
- Provide robust technical and operational support across various eBusiness platforms and self-service channels.
- Monitor platform service performance, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues to optimize customer experience.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Oversee inventory management and prepare comprehensive business and performance reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards and internal banking policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Possession of an advanced or postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in digital banking, eBusiness operations, customer onboarding, electronic channels support, or payments.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder and vendor management, complemented by strong customer service operations background.
