About the Role
Pivotage Consulting is seeking a professional and reliable Office Driver to join our team in Delta State. In this role, you will provide safe and efficient transportation for staff, documents, and company-related items while maintaining our vehicles in optimal working condition. We are looking for a safety-conscious individual with excellent knowledge of local routes around Effurun, Sapele, and surrounding areas to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport staff, management, and authorized passengers to designated destinations on time.
- Ensure the assigned company vehicle is kept clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained at all times.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical faults or service needs.
- Strictly adhere to all Nigerian traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Handle the dispatch, delivery, and collection of official documents, parcels, and materials as required.
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, punctuality, and strict confidentiality in all duties.
- Possession of a valid and current driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably within corporate environments.
- Extensive geographical knowledge of Delta State, particularly Effurun, Sapele, and environs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polite and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when business needs demand.
