About the Role

Changeroom was established in 2012 with a vision to produce quality human resource solutions by partnering with clients to provide highly specialized consulting services in human resources development and business management. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently, providing vital support to our administrative and consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous, professional manner that reflects company standards.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including physical mail and official emails.
  • Maintain and update office filing systems, ensuring all physical and digital documents are properly organized.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing boardrooms.
  • Prepare, format, and edit routine documents, internal reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to prevent shortages.
  • Assist staff with making travel arrangements and booking necessary accommodations.
  • Provide general administrative support to various team members on an as-needed basis.
  • Ensure the reception area and general office environment remain tidy, welcoming, and organized.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Proven working experience in an office environment or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a positive attitude.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in completing day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive corporate information.
  • Must be a resident of Obalende, Lagos Island, or easily commute to the location.
