About the Role

Nairapoint Finance Limited is a licensed digital financial technology platform in Nigeria focused on ethical lending, investment products, and retail wealth management. Officially launched at the Ikoyi Golf Club, Lagos, our mission is to deepen financial inclusion for individuals and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to spearhead our executive leadership team, drive strategic business growth, and maintain our unwavering commitment to ethical financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's strategic and annual business plans, budgets, and growth targets in alignment with the Board's vision.
  • Drive revenue growth across retail loans, savings, investment products, wealth management, and Merchant POS & Agency Banking.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across Sales, Credit & Recovery, Treasury, Finance, and Technology departments.
  • Ensure sound credit governance, effective loan recovery, and maintain portfolio-at-risk and credit losses within approved limits.
  • Maintain full regulatory compliance with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), NDPA, AML/CFT, and KYC requirements.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team while cultivating a strong corporate culture of integrity and accountability.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
  • Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIBN, CFA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in Nigerian banking or financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior executive management role.
  • In-depth expertise in digital lending, deposit mobilization, investment products, and relevant CBN financial regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
