About the Role

Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a premier provider of outsourcing, technical staffing, and supply chain solutions to the Nigerian oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistance Services Personnel to join our dynamic base operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless daily administrative functions, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Base Coordinator in managing daily base activities and administrative workflows.
  • Receive, inspect, and coordinate materials from various locations for temporary storage and onward transfer.
  • Organize materials and equipment efficiently in warehouses and designated stacking areas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material inflows, outflows, and current stock availability.
  • Prepare waybills and manifests for all materials leaving the base.
  • Support regular inventory checks for both stock and non-stock materials.
  • Supervise lifting operations in strict compliance with company safety procedures.
  • Assist contractors with Jet A1 fuel inspection, loading, and certification activities.
  • Manage materials and supplies for personnel visiting from the Head Office.
  • Ensure all materials leaving the base are covered by approved Freight Waybills.
  • Ensure valid Work Permits and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are utilized for all relevant site activities.

Qualifications
  • OND or HND in Science, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in material management, logistics, warehousing, or similar operations.
  • Prior experience in the Oil and Gas or Petroleum industry will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of material handling, storage, inventory, and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Basic awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, PPE, lifting operations, and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
