Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations and implement strategic initiatives to improve overall organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term operational strategies and financial plans.
- Streamline back-office functions and shared services to support the growth of member subsidiaries.
- Manage operational budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal fiscal performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams across the organization.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in business management, operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience within the financial services sector in Nigeria.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage.
