We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Health Physician to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of occupational health, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding the well-being of our workforce across various operational sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient occupational health standards and outcomes, resulting in a measurable reduction in lost work time.
  • Achieve 100 percent Annual Medical Checkup (AMC) compliance across the organization.
  • Conduct annual audits for 100 percent of Joint Venture (JV) sites to ensure adherence to health protocols.
  • Monitor retainer specialists and medical clinics to deliver cost-effective healthcare services aligned with company cost-control measures.
  • Maintain a motivated, healthy, and productive workforce within your designated area of responsibility.
  • Familiarize yourself with company emergency procedures, execute assigned tasks safely, and report all incidents, unsafe acts, or operations immediately.
  • Ensure supervised personnel are thoroughly trained, aware of HSE responsibilities, and compliant with subsidiary and company HSE objectives.
Qualifications
  • MBBS degree with a recognized Fellowship or specialization in Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine.
  • Demonstrated competency in Industrial Hygiene with 3 to 5 years of relevant professional working experience.
  • Valid registration and active good standing with relevant medical professional bodies.
  • Solid knowledge and practical reference of the Oil and Gas industry operating environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
