Key Responsibilities- Assist the finance and accounting department with daily bookkeeping, data entry, and record management.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and expense statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative and financial projects as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.
- BSc or HND qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Must be a current NYSC corps member currently in camp or not more than two months into the service year.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a professional and team-oriented environment.
- High willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced workplace.
