We are currently seeking a brilliant and resourceful NYSC Junior Associate to join our vibrant team in Lagos. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a young legal professional to gain hands-on experience in corporate and litigation practice while working alongside seasoned legal experts in a modern and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research on various aspects of Nigerian law to support ongoing cases and advisory matters.
  • Draft legal documents, agreements, briefs, correspondence, and court processes with high attention to detail.
  • Assist senior counsel with courtroom advocacy, client interviews, and case management.
  • Maintain proper case files, track court schedules, and ensure timely filing of court processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members on complex transactions and advisory briefs while managing independent tasks.

Qualifications
  • Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar (B.L).
  • Must be currently serving in the NYSC scheme or about to commence service.
  • Demonstrate strong legal research, writing, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Display high levels of intelligence, proactivity, resourcefulness, and professional etiquette.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Must reside within or easily commute from the Ago Palace Way, Festac, Cele, Surulere, or Ojo axis of Lagos.
