About the Role
Food Concepts Plc, the parent company of the pioneering and rapidly growing Quick Service Restaurant brand Chicken Republic, is looking for an experienced Investigation / Counter Fraud Manager to join our Internal Audit department. In this vital role, you will lead comprehensive investigations into fraudulent activities, professional misconduct, and policy violations while safeguarding the organization's assets and reputation across our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage internal investigations related to occupational fraud, theft, and operational policy violations.
- Develop and implement advanced counter-fraud strategies, data analytics, and blocking mechanisms for revenue leakages.
- Conduct risk assessments, investigative audits of financial records, and periodic reviews of sales and remittance applications.
- Design and deliver employee training and awareness programs focused on occupational fraud prevention and ethical compliance.
- Collaborate closely with finance, HR, legal, and law enforcement agencies to gather admissible evidence and ensure robust governance frameworks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Criminology, or a related field.
- Mandatory professional certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and membership in relevant bodies like CIFIAN.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in fraud investigation, forensic accounting, and investigative audits within a structured corporate environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in forensic analysis, data review tools, litigation support, and comprehensive report writing.
