We are currently seeking a creative and driven NYSC Intern with a passion for copywriting to join our vibrant team in Bodija, Ibadan. This is an exceptional opportunity for a serving corps member to gain practical, hands-on experience in real estate marketing, brand communication, and digital content strategy within a fast-growing Nigerian corporation.
Key Responsibilities- Draft engaging and persuasive copywriting content for real estate listings, website landing pages, property brochures, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative angles for social media posts, email newsletters, and advertising copy.
- Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure brand consistency, grammatical accuracy, and compelling calls to action.
- Conduct basic keyword research to optimize property descriptions and blog posts for local search engine visibility.
- Assist in developing content calendars and executing communication strategies targeted at prospective property investors and young professionals.
- Must be a current National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member currently serving in Ibadan, Oyo State.
- Possess a relevant qualification in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related humanities field.
- Demonstrated interest or foundational experience in copywriting, creative writing, or digital marketing.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
