About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate professionals to fill the Nutritionist / Dietitian role.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the nutritional needs of patients in home-care settings and develop personalized diet plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary regimens in coordination with other medical professionals on our digital platform.
- Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and therapeutic nutrition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records through our integrated care coordination workflows.
- Collaborate seamlessly with caregivers, nurses, and doctors to ensure holistic and transparent patient care delivery.
- Possession of a valid MDCN license or a recognized care-giving certification.
- Proven background or interest in clinical nutrition, dietetics, or home healthcare services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with patients and families.
