Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to patients across various hospital wards and specialized departments.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle management.
- Adhere strictly to professional nursing ethics, hospital policies, and safety protocols set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Candidates must possess the Nigeria Registered Nurse (NRN) and Nigeria Registered Midwife (NRM) certifications.
- Alternatively, a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant nursing discipline, registrable with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, is required.
- Must possess a valid and current practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Additional postgraduate qualifications in any specialized nursing field will be a distinct advantage.
- Candidates applying with an HND must provide official evidence of completion of, or valid exemption from, the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
