Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons to nursery pupils in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages early childhood development.
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school management.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive social interaction and discipline among young children.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to plan school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum enhancements.
- Maintain high standards of student care, safety, and hygiene at all times within the school premises.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or relevant academic qualification in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized nursery or primary school setting.
- Exceptional passion for early childhood education and working with young children.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
