Resurgir Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Montessori school in Lagos for a passionate, dedicated, and teachable Nursery Teacher. Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons tailored to nursery pupils.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Effectively manage classroom activities while maintaining positive discipline.
- Assess and monitor pupils' academic progress, providing necessary support.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson notes, teaching aids, and instructional materials.
- Maintain accurate attendance, behavioral, and academic records.
- Promote the intellectual, emotional, social, and moral development of every child.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, school events, and continuous professional training.
- Communicate professionally and regularly with parents regarding pupil progress.
- Minimum qualification of an ND, HND, or B.Sc in Education or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven teaching experience in a Nursery or Primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Patient, caring, and deeply passionate about early childhood education.
- Demonstrated high moral character, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
