Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging early childhood lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes holistic child development.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining accurate records of academic and social growth.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians regarding student development.
- Implement positive behavior management strategies suitable for nursery-aged children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum enhancements.
- Possess a relevant academic qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within a nursery or early years school setting.
