Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with international early childhood education standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and organized classroom environment that encourages active learning.
- Monitor, assess, and document students' academic, social, and emotional progress regularly.
- Collaborate effectively with parents and guardians to discuss child development, behavioral milestones, and learning strategies.
- Implement positive classroom management techniques to guide young children and promote positive social behaviors.
- Minimum of a NCE, B.Ed, or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience working with nursery or early years children in a reputable school.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage young minds effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and listening abilities.
