About the Role
Pages International School is a prestigious private learning institution located in Warri, Delta State, operating with internationally acceptable standards to help students compete globally since 2009. We are currently seeking passionate, dedicated, and qualified Creche Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood team. In this role, you will provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers, laying a strong foundation for their lifelong learning and holistic development.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement age-appropriate developmental activities and learning schedules for infants and toddlers in the creche.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that adheres to strict health and safety standards.
- Monitor and record the physical, social, and emotional milestones of each child, communicating regularly with parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and gentle guidance techniques.
- Provide basic care needs including feeding, soothing, and proper hygiene maintenance for the children.
- Proven teaching or caregiving experience within a creche, daycare, or preschool setting.
- Strong classroom management skills with a deep understanding of early childhood development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, paired with strong interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching, patience, and a nurturing approach toward infants and toddlers.
- Relevant certification or qualification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori training, or a related field.
