Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans using creative and innovative teaching methods
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners
- Implement structured activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Maintain excellent classroom management and discipline standards
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development
- Utilize ICT tools to enhance learning experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to support institutional goals
- Maintain professional standards and uphold the school's values
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field
- Teaching qualification or certification (essential advantage)
