Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with modern educational standards.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity.
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative development.
- Monitor individual student progress and maintain accurate classroom records and learning resources.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and guardians regarding student growth.
- Participate actively in school activities, events, and collaborative team meetings.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed, B.Sc, or B.A with PGDE) or NCE in a relevant field.
- TRCN registration or evidence of active registration is a strong added advantage.
- Proven teaching experience in a nursery or primary school setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Sound knowledge of modern teaching methods and digital learning tools.
- High standards of integrity, punctuality, and professional conduct.
