Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate daily lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining accurate records of academic and developmental milestones.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication regarding child development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and gentle guidance strategies.
- Assist children with daily routines, personal hygiene, and social skill development.
- Participate in school staff meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular school events.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Ed, or relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
- Proven teaching experience working in a nursery or early years school setting.
- Strong passion for child development and early childhood pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a warm, approachable demeanor when dealing with young children.
