Key Responsibilities- Support the lead teacher in implementing the authentic Montessori curriculum within the early childhood classroom.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize the Montessori environment and learning materials to ensure an engaging educational space.
- Assist in monitoring, observing, and documenting the developmental progress and behavioral milestones of each child.
- Guide students in daily activities, promoting independence, self-discipline, and social-emotional growth.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan interactive lessons and supervise children during indoor and outdoor play.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their children's daily activities and overall development.
- Possession of a First Degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related academic field.
- Compulsory Montessori training or certification from a recognized and accredited Montessori institution.
- Must reside within the Ajah, Awoyaya, or surrounding Lekki axis in Lagos.
- Strong passion for child development with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
