In this pivotal role, you will champion the delivery of high-standard nursing education, clinical training, and professional development programs designed to elevate nursing practice and enhance patient safety across our client facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver structured clinical training and competency-based programs for nursing staff.
- Conduct thorough skills assessments, clinical competency evaluations, onboarding orientations, and continuing professional development activities.
- Identify nursing knowledge and competency gaps, implementing targeted educational interventions to resolve them.
- Develop and regularly review clinical guidelines, training materials, and comprehensive educational resources.
- Support institutional accreditation, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based nursing practices across the hospital.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree and a recognized nursing education qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, featuring substantial background in nursing education or clinical leadership.
- Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and facilitating impactful clinical training programs.
- Strong working knowledge of evidence-based practice, patient safety standards, clinical governance, and competency assessment methodologies.
