About the Role
Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is a leading mining and mineral processing company based in Nigeria, specializing in the exploration, extraction, and processing of lithium. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our factory clinic in Endo, Nasarawa State. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional nursing care to our workforce and ensure the seamless, safe operation of the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt basic and emergency nursing care, first aid, and management of workplace accidents.
- Attend to staff presenting with illnesses, injuries, and various health concerns.
- Monitor patients vital signs, administer prescribed medications, and perform routine treatments.
- Assist the resident Medical Doctor during medical consultations, examinations, and procedures.
- Administer basic wound care, dressings, injections, and other clinical procedures.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and strictly confidential patient health records.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.
- Promote workplace wellness, occupational health, hygiene, and safety practices among employees.
- Coordinate external patient referrals to specialized hospitals or medical centers when necessary.
- Prepare and submit routine clinic and occupational health reports to management.
- Must possess an RN/RM qualification or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a valid registration and current practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably within a factory, industrial, or occupational health setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, remain calm, and respond effectively during medical emergencies.
- Must be willing and ready to reside and work in Endo, Nasarawa State.
